In the tropical jungle of Southeast Asia, Long Fei (played by Chen Hu) is participating in a secret mission with partner Payu (played by Tony Jia) to cooperate with a commando team for humanitarian relief. However, it was unexpected that they fought their lives to save a notorious and terrifying criminal leader, Collins (played by Scott Akins). After Collins was rescued, he locked all his insiders in the dungeons of the secret base. When he left, he blew it up, and Long Fei and Pa Yu escaped at a critical moment.The two people who escaped from Shengtian secretly planned revenge, but they were not the only ones who wanted revenge. Zaka (Iko Ouais)'s wife died innocently in this operation. Zaka saw Long Fei in the underground boxing hall and mistakenly believed him to be the murderer.
